CURRENT SINGLE: “How They Remember You”
While Rascal Flatts continues to climb the charts with their latest single, “How They Remember You,” they also have their eyes on what’s in store for each of them individually in 2021. Joe don Rooney plans to focus on his songwriting, which he laughs and says, “is just my favorite thing to do, is write songs and try to create something that might be good.”
In addition to working on some of his own music, Jay DeMarcus will spend a lot more time focusing on his record label. “I opened a Christian record label two years ago called Red Street Records,” says Jay, “and so, I’m really devoting a lot of time to that. So, we’re not slowin’ down.”
As for Gary LeVox, he recently launched his own clothing lines, Freedom Farms and LeVox Wear, which are available on garylevox.com, and he also says, “I’m actually working on a solo record right now … and goat yoga. It’s weird but there’s nothing to do and I own that farm, so I’m raising goats and we’ve got yoga goin’ on.”
In the meantime, Rascal Flatts is still enjoying the climb up the charts with “How They Remember You,” and they’re celebrating their incredible career with their fans, with Twenty Years of Rascal Flatts: The Greatest Hits, which is available now.

Gary LeVox – “I’m actually working on a solo record right now … and goat yoga. It’s weird but there’s nothing to do and I own that farm, so I’m raising goats and we’ve got yoga goin’ on.
Joe Don Rooney – “Well, I think there’s no doubt that we’ll all be doing some type of something in music because we all just … that’s our passion, it’s what we love. For me I’m just continuing songwriting and that journey, which is just my favorite thing to do, is write songs and try to create something that might be good (laugh). They’re few and far between sometimes writing. But you know, that’s that one great outlet that I’ve had and I’ve really concentrated on with all this quarantine and just down time, is trying to wrie something good if I can.”
