Thomas Rhett’s youngest daughter, Lennon Love, is five months old, and he recently shared how she got her name. Thomas’ wife, Lauren, took the lead on naming their first two daughters, Willa Gray and Ada James, so she told Thomas that he could pick the name for baby number three. He says, “Lennon came from John Lennon, from the Beatles. I knew I wanted some sort of musical name for our third child, and me and Lauren both loved the name Lennon.”
As for his daughter’s middle name, Love, it turns out it was chosen on a whim. Lennon was born on February 10th, and Thomas recalls, “In the hospital one of her friends text her. She was like, ‘Hey, since it’s Valentine’s Day, maybe you should name her Lennon Love. And it kind of started as a joke but kinda became cemented. That’s what we kind of decided in the hospital.”
