Reba has been picking up major music awards since 1984. That first year, both the ACM and the CMA recognized her as Female Artist of the Year.
Since then, several award shows have come and gone, but for Reba, there’s barely been a breath between accolades.
Take a look at this impressive list of wins…2 GRAMMY Awards, 15 American Music Awards, 13 ACM Awards, 9 People’s Choice Awards, 7 CMA Awards, and 2 ACM Career Achievement Honors. And keep in mind this is just a partial list.
She has also crossed all genres, as one of only 4 entertainers in all of history to receive the National Artistic Achievement Award from the U.S. Congress.
And of course, the superstar continues to be nominated. “Going Out Like That” is up for CMT Female Video of the Year. Voting is open to the public and the show takes place June 10 in Nashville.
You might think at this point, it could become routine to be nominated, but far from it! Reba appreciates it all and has always loved award shows…
