After toping Billboard’s Country Album chart nearly 6 weeks ago, Love Somebody continues to hover in the top 5.
Reba will be the first to tell you that she has a great team working with her to create the sound that her country fans love. And she has no plans to change that, but she also loves to stretch boundaries.
Just before the album was finished, the Grammy winner was asked about her sound, and if she might consider a new challenge. She commented:

Reba – Try some extra stuff :09
“It may be time for me to step out of comfort and go try some new stuff. But I want to have my base first and then I’ll kinda go outside the wheel house for a little bit extra stuff.”
Well, now with the base of a #1 album, AND a #1single, the global superstar steps outside of her zone with the release of a remix of “Going Out Like That,” now playing in dance clubs all across the U.S.
Electronic Dance Music is one of the fastest growing formats in the music industry, so there’s no question why Reba’s music is in demand. And if you’re wondering…This isn’t entirely new territory for the country queen. She has released a few remixes, including a cover of the Supremes classic “You Keep Me Hangin’ On.” The mega hit spent 2 weeks at #2 on Billboard‘s Hot Dance Club chart in 1996. Proof that Reba fans come from all directions and they love to dance!
