(AUDIO) Florida Georgia Line Wants To Grow While Remaining True To Who They Are

Like every artist, Florida Georgia Line wants to make sure they are always growing and pushing themselves while remaining true to who they are and what their fans have come to expect from them. “We really want that to be transparent, you know what I’m sayin’? We really want our music to represent who we are so our fans know us well and that continues for our whole career, our whole life,” says Tyler Hubbard.

Tyler thinks being real and true to who they are has been the key to Florida Georgia Line’s success, so they never want to lose that. He says, “We’re just real, we’re just dudes and we’re just here to have a good time and roll right and perform the music that we love, and they love it too, so it works out great.”

FGL just released the title track off their latest album, “Anything Goes.” They’re planning to record their next album after their tour wraps up in October and Tyler says, I think, fingers crossed, they are talkin’ about years down the road. I hope we can leave the legacy of, ‘Hey, these are good guys that wanna have a good time, make people smile and continue to better their self everyday with their art, their craft and what they do.’”

Florida Georgia Line – evolution of FGL music :41
Tyler Hubbard – “Yeah, I think for us for that’s exactly what we’re doin’, is trying to develop, not tryin’ to develop, but continuin’ to develop and push our music, as well as who we are, and we really want that to be transparent, you know what I’m sayin’? We really want our music to represent who we are so our fans know us well and that continues for our whole career, our whole life. So, I think that’s why we’ve connected so well with our fans and why they feel such a connection with us, is because that’s just who we are. We’re just real, we’re just dudes and we’re just here to have a good time and roll right and perform the music that we love, and they love it too, so it works out great. I think, fingers crossed, they are talkin’ about years down the road. I hope we can leave the legacy of, ‘Hey, these are good guys that wanna have a good time, make people smile and continue to better their self everyday with their art, their craft and what they do.’”
