When it comes to grilling, some of the guys in A Thousand Horses have some strong opinions about the best way to approach cooking. Graham Deloach says, “Well, if you wanna slow cook, charcoal’s the way to go, but if you just gotta throw some burgers and hot dogs on the grill, gas is…hands down.”
Lead singer Michael Hobby thinks it’s all about cooking low and slow to get the best results. Bill Satcher agrees and says, “Like, if you’re grillin’ a steak, you gotta let it get to room temperature first.”
Michael also offers, “If you’re cookin’ burgers you gotta have some Worcestershire sauce, and if you’re grillin’ like somethin’ else you gotta do a 24-hour marinade.”
You can check out A Thousand Horses brand new single, “(This Ain’t No) Drunk Dial,” on their debut album, Southernality, which is available now.
