Brian Kelley has a busy music career with his partner Tyler Hubbard in Florida Georgia Line, including a new single to promote, “Anything Goes,” a tour that’s running through October, and working on their next album, but he’s still finding other creative outlets to occupy his time, including a couple of clothing lines that he has with his wife Brittany.
Brian explains, “The clothing, my wife and I started it, came out, the first line was mostly women’s, pretty much all women’s, in December. We’ve got a men’s and women’s, another line name is Sleeps With Wolves.”
Brian says Brittany was running Etsy shops and selling and making custom and jewelry and shirts all throughout college, so it was only natural for them to expand her creative efforts and to work together on creating lines for the masses. Brian says, “We just figured hey, let’s just make a couple different things and see what people think. Just get creative with it and have fun and we’ve been inspired by so many different places we’ve been on the road, and this life that we live. Just a little different creative outlet for us.”

Florida Georgia Line – Tribe clothing :39
Brian Kelley – “The clothing, my wife and I started it, came out, the first line was mostly women’s, pretty much all women’s, in December. We’ve got a men’s and women’s, another line name is Sleeps With Wolves. But yeah, Brittany and I, we love fashion, we love clothes and we found, once we got together, that we were kinda customizing our clothes, and she was pinnin’ stuff and tryin’ to make it fit and tryin’ to make it different. She was runnin’ Etsy shops and sellin’ and makin’ custom jewelry and shirts all through college. We just figured hey, let’s just make a couple different things and see what people think. Just get creative with it and have fun and we’ve been inspired by so many different places we’ve been on the road, and this life that we live. Just a little different creative outlet for us.”
WHAT THEY’RE DOING THIS WEEK – AUGUST 10, 2015 – MONDAY
Florida Georgia Line play shows this weekend on their “Anything Goes Tour” in North Carolina and Pennsylvania.
The duo talks about their stage set up in additional SOUND found here.
(:47) (Tyler Hubbard) “You know what? A lot comes into designing and thinking about coming up with our stage design, our set and how it’s gonna be laid out and it all starts with an idea and a vision and we have an amazing production manager Ken and our stage manager Donny just really you know they take it to the next level they help us out with ideas. But it’s been fun as artists as well to really put our hand and our thoughts and our mind into staging and how we wanna set it up….the toasters and the different ideas and hopefully get some cool things that nobody’s ever done before and it’s amazing. It’s amazing also to get to see it get torn down every night thrown in semi-trucks and put together the next morning in a different city. We’ve got a lot of hands out here a lot of guys that work really hard late night and early mornings to make it all happen so we’re really grateful for that.”
