(AUDIO) A Thousand Horses’ Zach Brown Has Been Enjoying An Old Hobby

A Thousand Horses is spending their summer on the road with Darius Rucker on his Southern Style Tour, introducing his fans to their unique sound, including their latest single, “(This Ain’t No) Drunk Dial. But when they’re at home and have some down time, guitar player Zach Brown says, “I’ve recently gotten back into cuttin’ my grass. I got a lawn mower.”

Apparently he used to cut lawns for a living. He says, “I used to have a business in middle school and high school called, ‘Grasshopper Landscaping Lawn Maintenance’, our motto was, ‘Because we know you don’t wanna do it’.”

The rest of the guys got a good laugh out of that revelation, but Zach says their funny slogan was all just good marketing. He says, “’Because we know you don’t wanna do it.’ You can’t argue with that.”
