Hank Jr. is nearing the release of a new single to be followed by a new album. And this may seem surprising coming from a man who’s famous for all his “Rowdy Friends,” but he says he likes quiet places and spends a lot of his time either…in a deer stand or at a fishing hole.
With songs on the radio since the 60’s, Bocephus still plays about 25 shows a years and that’s exactly the way he likes it. The 5 time Entertainer of the Year says his fans give him the drive to get out there, and as he puts it…“I get to play when I want to, where I want to…because I have some of the most loyal, hardcore fans in the music business.”
And it doesn’t matter where he plays, his fans always show up in large numbers…
