(AUDIO) A Thousand Horses Introduces Their Alter-Egos

A Thousand Horses latest single is called “(This Ain’t No) Drunk Dial,” and it’s about a guy who calls up a woman who used to be in his life after he’s had a couple, but he assures her it’s not a drunk dial. The guys in the band say they aren’t really guilty of drunk dialing people when they’ve had a few, but they each do have party names for those times, which is their middle names.

Zach Brown says their party names are Kenny, Steve and Joey. The only one who doesn’t have a party name yet is Bill Satcher. His middle name is Brunson, but Michael says, “That’s not really a party name. Bill is. Like, ‘Bill’s here!’” They’ve considered calling Bill “Willie,” when he’s partying, but that’s still up for debate.
