Tim McGraw vividly remembers the best Christmas present he received as a child. He says, “I remember gettin’ a 12-guage shotgun, as a kid, a used shotgun, but that was probably the thing that I remember the most.”
Now that he’s a father of three daughters, Tim tries to be a thoughtful gift giver, but he admits it can be difficult. “It’s tough, you know, havin’ daughters, because once they reach a certain age it’s all about clothes and that kinda thing, so I’m not very good at that. If I had boys it’d be footballs and baseballs gloves, and stuff like that, but daughters, it’s a little tougher.”
This Christmas, Tim’s fans have given him his latest top ten hit with “Top of the World,” off his latest album, Damn Country Music.
