(AUDIO) Ronnie Dunn Is Working With 3 Producers For New Album

The first single from Ronnie Dunn’s upcoming album is just a taste of what’s to come. “Ain’t No Trucks in Texas,” produced by Rascal Flatts’ Jay DeMarcus, let fans know that his sound and distinctive voice are well in place.

And although he and Jay recorded several songs for this project, Ronnie reveals that he has also worked with two other producers for this album. Even if you don’t recognize their names, you will definitely know their work…

“Tony Brown, who recorded everybody. He produced Reba’s new single and produced Reba for years, George Strait, it goes on. Love him, love him to death. But, he produced “Believe” and “Cowgirls Don’t Cry” and a bunch of stuff for Brooks & Dunn in the day. Also Tommy Lee James, who wrote “If You See Her, If You See Him,” that Kix and I cut years ago.”

WHAT HE’S DOING THIS WEEK – JANUARY 4, 2016 – MONDAY 

  • Ronnie Dunn has finished up the December run at Caesar’s Palace with Reba and Kix Brooks. He will be back in Vegas to play in May 2016.
