Some stars can post, tweet and comment all day and no one notices. Maybe because fans know when it’s not really them behind the post. With Ronnie Dunn, there’s no doubt it’s him. And his millions of followers are a testament to his authenticity. When it comes to a touchy subject, he doesn’t stay away from it either. In fact he seems to be drawn to it.

He recently headed into the news topic of Apple withholding terrorist’s personal information from the government. He posted several questions like, “What’s up with This Apple Thing? Is it about constitutional rights or business?” 20 minutes later, he chimed in and joined the conversation. When you read it, it’s like Ronnie is sitting around a kitchen table chatting with some friends. And maybe that’s part of the draw as well…He doesn’t seem to be stirring trouble as much as he looks to be provoking thought. After all…He is a songwriter. And provoking thought is what he does…with or without music.
