(AUDIO) Two Out of Three Rascal Flatts Guys Enjoy Golf As A Hobby

Joe Don Rooney and Jay DeMarcus of Rascal Flatts are big golfers, but Gary LeVox doesn’t quite view golf as a relaxing hobby. Jay says when the group is on tour, “Joe Don and I will be playing golf some on our days off and try to get Gary to go with us. He goes every once in a while but he gets over it sometimes too, when he has a bad round.”

In his defense, Gary says, “Life is frustrating enough. Your hobby’s not supposed to just put you over the edge, you know what I mean?” He prefers to spend his time outdoors hunting and fishing.

Rascal Flatts could be on the verge of celebrating their next #1 with “I Like the Sound of That,” which is currently in the top five on the charts. They’ll kick off their new Rhythm and Roots Tour on June 17th.
