(AUDIO) Tucker Beathard Inspired By His Dad’s Songwriting

Tucker Beathard’s debut single, “Rock On,” is a great story about a guy lamenting not putting a ring on a woman’s finger before she got away and someone else did.” While it sounds like a song that could have been inspired by a real-life experience, Tucker says, “No, ‘Rock On’s’ really not about a specific girl, it’s just a hook that I thought of and it was too obvious of a hook not to write. So, I just kinda ran with it.”

You can catch Tucker Beathard on the road this summer with Dierks Bentley, as part of his Somewhere on a Beach Tour, which kicks off on May 13th.
