As Ronnie Dunn wraps up another stint in Vegas with Kix and Reba, it’s now full steam ahead with his new video and single. He describes the song title, “Damn Drunk” as in, “If you were a whiskey girl, I’d be a damn drunk.” The new song features vocals from his pal, Kix Brooks.
Credited for over two-thirds of Brooks & Dunn’s #1 songs, and twice named BMI Country Songwriter of the Year, he’s made his mark in songwriting history. So it may surprise some to know that Ronnie didn’t pen all the songs for his upcoming album…but that was by design.

Ronnie Dunn – great songs for new album :17
“We were under a lot of pressure to write songs in scenarios in the past. When we started looking for songs, I’d never been exposed to outside songs that I feel are as strong as these are. It’s just an endless stream of really, really good stuff.”
