- If Brett is ever having trouble sleeping, he says, “Probably one of the first things is I try to have a glass of whiskey. It’s usually bourbon or Jack Daniels Tennessee whiskey. If I’m really struggling, I’ll mix the bourbon with a little bit of ginger tea, because it’s not caffeinated and it soothes your stomach.”
