Tim McGraw is passionate about working out, and part of the reason is to stay in shape and stay healthy as he gets older, but working out also has a positive impact on his career. Tim says, “It keeps your energy level up and it keeps your mind uncluttered. For me anyway, it’s something that I really lean on. It’s an overall sort of mindset, being sort of clean and fit and ready.”
Working out certainly helps Tim in his live shows, being able to play an hour and a half to two hours a night, which he’s doing this summer on the fair and festival circuit. He’s getting a chance to play some of the newer music off his Damn Country Music album, including his latest single, “How I’ll Always Be.”
