(AUDIO) ELI YOUNG BAND FEELS SPIRITUAL CONNECTION TO THE OCEAN

Eli Young Band’s latest single, “Saltwater Gospel” speaks to the almost spiritual feeling that comes over a lot of people when they visit the ocean.  James Young says, “We’ve always flirted with religion and whatnot. It really is kind of a religious experience when you go and stand in front of the water. You get five miles from the ocean and already your mindset changes. So this is one of those songs, that you do, you’re very humbled by the ocean and I think this song encapsulates.”

“Saltwater Gospel” is the lead single off Eli Young Band’s next album, which will be the follow-up to their 10,000 Towns album, which they released in 2014.
