(AUDIO) BRANTLEY GILBERT SAYS HIS WIFE’S FAITH MAKES HIM A BETTER MAN

Brantley Gilbert just released his brand new album, The Devil Don’t Sleep, featuring his party anthem, “The Weekend.”  He’s about to embark on The Devil Don’t Sleep Tour, and his wife Amber will spend a lot of time with him on the road.  Brantley says she makes him a better person, and he cites her faith as one of the big things that not only impacts him but their relationship in a very positive way.  He explains, “Her relationship with God is very devout and incredible and that helps us a lot when we’re dealing with every facet of our relationship. I think she brings the majority of that to the table.  I’m very open about being a believer but I’m not in church every Sunday and I say things, do things I shouldn’t. But she really, really strives to keep her faith as strong as absolutely possible and I admire that about her. I admire the way she works through certain issues that we go through and the way she values family.”

In addition to her faith and her family values, Brantley says Amber has also helped him with his priorities in his own life.  He says, “I think she’s made me realize that I needed to reorder some of my priorities.  Since I met her and got to know her, she’s always brought out the better parts of me.”

The Devil Don’t Sleep Tour will feature special guests Tucker Beathard and Luke Combs and will kick off on February 2nd.

Brantley Gilbert – how wife makes you a better man  :51

“I’d say her faith.  Her relationship with God is very devout and incredible and that helps us a lot when we’re dealing with every facet of our relationship. I think she brings the majority of that to the table.  I’m very open about being a believer but I’m not in church every Sunday and I say things, do things I shouldn’t. But she really, really strives to keep her faith as strong as absolutely possible and I admire that about her. I admire the way she works through certain issues that we go through and the way she values family. She’s just reminded me of some things that I may, not have lost sight of, but maybe … my priorities. I think she’s made me realize that I needed to reorder some of my priorities.  Since I met her and got to know her, she’s always brought out the better parts of me.”
