(AUDIO) BRANTLEY GILBERT HAS A BLAST ON STAGE NO MATTER WHAT

Brantley Gilbert plays for sold out arenas and amphitheaters these days, but he says he and his band have gotten to the point where they have a blast on stage whether there’s 5 people or 15,000 in the crowd.  “I do feel like we’re to the point now where as a band we have fun playing together.  I’m extremely comfortable with the guys I got on stage and if there were five people in the crowd and none of them were enjoying themselves I feel like we’d still just we’d get together as a band and have a blast.”

But there is certainly something to be said for playing for packed arenas where the crowd is totally fired up and full of energy.  Brantley says, “I think hands down when there’s a 100% positive feedback coming back it feeds the machine and it turns it into an animal. It definitely does. It turns it into chaos and mayhem and I love those things, I can’t lie.”

One song in Brantley’s set list on The Devil Don’t Sleep Tour that definitely gets the crowd fired up and excited is his latest single, “The Weekend.”

Brantley Gilbert – crowd makes a difference  :29

“I do feel like we’re to the point now where as a band we have fun playing together.  I’m extremely comfortable with the guys I got on stage and if there were five people in the crowd and none of them were enjoying themselves I feel like we’d still just we’d get together as a band and have a blast. But yeah I think hands down when there’s a 100 percent positive feedback coming back it feeds the machine and it turns it into an animal. It definitely does. It turns it into chaos and mayhem and I love those things, I can’t lie.”
