ACM Awards New Male Vocalist nominee, Brett Young, is looking forward to heading back to Las Vegas this week for the 52nd Annual ACM Awards. Jon Pardi was announced as the early winner in Brett’s category, but he’s still excited to watch the live show. He got to attend the awards for the first time last year and Brett says, “I think my favorite part about the show was the live performance. I kept expecting there to be a lull in live music during the show because there’s so many awards to present and stuff. And it was just like one hit song, like one superstar after another. And it was like you want to get up and use the restroom or go get a drink but you don’t want to miss anything. And so I think just the amount of talent that’s in the format that the ACM’s are able to get on stage I think was the coolest thing for me.”
Prior to attending Sunday night’s awards, Brett will perform his latest single, “In Case You Didn’t Know,” and other songs off his debut album, as part of the ACM Party For A Cause at The Joint, inside the Hard Rock Hotel and Casino, with Lady Antebellum, Kip Moore, Kelsea Ballerini and more.
