Brantley Gilbert and his wife Amber recently revealed that they are expecting their first child in November.  They’ve been trying to start a family for two years, and during that time, Brantley sought the advice of other country stars with families to find out how to make bringing the family on the road work.  Two people he talked to were Eric Church and his wife Catherine.  Brantley says, “We talked to them when we first started having the conversation and trying to figure things out.”

In fact, a few months ago Brantley was having a new bus built, and since he knows Eric travels with his two young boys on the road, Brantley says,  “We talked to Eric and his wife about kind of the set up on their bus and stuff ‘cause down the road we want to make sure that what we’re building right now that we can convert it to take care of that cause I told (my wife), they’re gonna be with me.”

Brantley will kick off the summer leg of The Devil Don’t Sleep Tour on Friday, and chances are he’ll be making plans to have a crib and all the necessities installed in his bus so that when baby boy or baby girl Gilbert arrives, they’ll be able to travel safely and comfortably with mom and dad wherever his tour may take them.

Brantley will officially release his brand new single, “The Ones That Like Me,” early next month.
