From the time Drake White was a teenager, he had a very successful and very lucrative landscaping business.  Besides having a love for the outdoors, Drake says, “I think the whole thing that fascinated me with landscaping was the end product, like when you had everything, the irrigation, everything installed and everything finished, to stand back and look at a finished product and a happy customer was the most rewarding thing.”

Drake equates that feeling to his music career.  He says, “Just like the fans you know, it’s a person that’s satisfied with the work that they’ve paid for and that you’ve done.”
