(AUDIO) FLORIDA GEORGIA LINE IS READY FOR SOME FOOTBALL!!

After a six year hiatus from singing ESPN’s Monday Night Football theme song, Hank Williams, Jr. is back, and he’s bringing Florida Georgia Line and pop star Jason Derulo with him.  It was back in 2011 that Hank and ESPN parted ways, but on September 11th, Hank will be back to ask the question, “Are you ready for some football?,” and for Brian Kelley and Tyler Hubbard, it’s surreal to be featured on the new theme song with Hank.  “BK I grew up hearin’ Hank ‘Are you ready for some football,’” says Tyler, “So like, to get to be on the remake of that and they’re bringing that back and Hank’s on it and (Jason) Derulo is a part of that and for us all to get to team up together … and just the cool thing, a part of history that we grew up watching and seein’ come to life on Monday night. Now getting to be a part of it is super surreal and cool for us.”

You’ll be able to see the premiere of Hank, Jr., Jason Derulo and FGL, whose latest single “Smooth” is steadily climbing the charts, this Monday Night on ESPN, before the first Monday night game of the season between the New Orleans Saints and the Minnesota Vikings.
