(AUDIO) RASCAL FLATTS HAVE SHARED LIFE WITH THEIR FANS

Rascal Flatts has been making music and touring the country for 18 years, and through those years they have built a loyal and passionate fan base, many of whom have been with them for a lot of years.  Joe Don Rooney says, “It’s incredible. I mean I think country music in general has the best fans of any of them. I’m partial to that because we’re in country music but they’re just so loyal and from day one, I mean they’ve been coming out and seeing us. We’ve seen some of the fans grow up through high school, now college, some of them are married now and have their own kids that they’re bringing to the shows.  It’s just this amazing lineage of fans.”

Rascal Flatts wants their fans to know how much it means to them to be able to look out in the crowd and see familiar faces every night and to feel the love from the crowds when they hit the stage.  Joe Don says, “It’s remarkable there are nights, you know, you’ve been on the road a long time and you’re doing quite a few shows in a row and you hit the stage and as soon as you do you might have felt a little tired before the show and then all of a sudden you see the crowd, you hear the response and that call and response is just so beautiful and they drive the show. The fans have always driven our shows.”

Rascal Flatts toured lightly in 2017, hitting some of the cities they don’t always get to on their larger tours, but they have plans to announce a major tour in 2018, in support of their latest album, Back To Us, which is also the title of their brand new single.
