Thomas Rhett has had plenty of reasons to celebrate in 2017, and perhaps even splurge a little, and when it comes to things he likes to spend his money on, there’s one thing in particular that he tends to spend the most on.  Thomas says, “I feel like every year, at the end of the year, we always have a big financial meeting with our business managers and I’m always like, ‘What did I do terrible at this year?’ And it’s always vacation.”

It might seem surprising, since Thomas travels for a living, but he says, “You know as an artist you don’t get a whole lot of time off but when you do, for me and Lauren, we try to like really, really get after it. And so I would say vacations are probably the biggest things that I splurge on.”

Thomas, who just released his latest single, “Marry Me,” has three more tour dates this year, and then he’ll have a few months off the road before launching his Life Changes Tour in April.  Chances are he and his family will get in at least one, if not a couple of vacations in that time.
