Justin Moore knows how important it is for him to stay healthy, so he’s always trying to keep his weight in check, but he draws a line when it comes to working out to lose weight. Justin recalls, “Probably three or four years ago now I lost about 30 pounds, and I got like super, super skinny. Like I went from 155 pounds to 125 pounds and I didn’t work out at all. I hate working out. It was all diet.”
Some people thought Justin got too skinny, so he gained back about 15 of the pounds he lost and he does his best to eat healthy, but he says, “I’m not gonna work out because I hate working out. I mean I’ll get out and play basketball or something like that but I’m just not gonna workout. It just is not enjoyable to me and at this point in my life I’m just going to do things that I enjoy.”
Justin is getting a good workout these days on his Hell On A Highway Tour, bringing his latest single, “Kinda Don’t Care,” and the rest of his hits to his fans across the country.
Justin Moore – lost weight :50
“Probably three or four years ago now I lost about 30 pounds, and I got like super, super skinny. Like I went from 155 pounds to 125 pounds and I didn’t work out at all. I hate working out. It was all diet. And so everybody was telling me I looked emaciated and needed to gain some weight. So I’ve probably gained 15 of that back, something like that. But I eat fairly healthy. My wife eats terribly and so it’s very difficult around the house. She’s always making cakes and pies and this and that and I have to have a bit of a strong will to fight that. I’m not gonna work out because I hate working out. I mean I’ll get out and play basketball or something like that but I’m just not gonna workout. It just is not enjoyable to me and at this point in my life I’m just going to do things that I enjoy.”
