Danielle Bradbery admits that when she first started performing on stage, she didn’t move around a whole lot. She says, “I definitely was very shy in the beginning and I was that ‘stand and sing’ girl. And it was something that the label and my management and just people that have watched shows, they were like, ‘You need to move a little bit.’ And I knew that I needed to but it was just the shyness that was getting in my way.
Now that Danielle has had five years to grow as a performer she says, “As I grew up I got more confident and I just knew that I do love to dance. I’m like, why not move? And so I think just gradually every time I step on stage just something new comes to stage and I’m now thankfully okay to dance and move around cause it’s fun. That’s what I love to do.”
Danielle just received her first-ever ACM Award nomination for New Female Vocalist, and she’s getting ready to release her new single, “Worth It.”
