(AUDIO) FLORIDA GEORGIA LINE IS EXCITED TO BE OFF TO THE RACES

Just last week Florida Georgia Line revealed that they are going to be part of the upcoming Big Machine Vodka 400 at the Brickyard, with their name attached to the race, “Powered by Florida Georgia Line,” and a Saturday music festival the night before the race, headlined by FGL and featuring several other acts to be named soon.  When asked what fans can expect from the weekend, Brian Kelley said, Just a big old concert, big old show, good music, good people, good times, and you wake up and go to a race the next morning.  Sounds like a pretty dang good weekend to us, so we’re jacked about it.  We’re super excited and you never know who’s gonna be there.  I don’t think we have the full line-up booked just yet but it’s gonna be a great experience and it’s gonna be extra special.”

Prior to announcing their involvement in the race, both Brian and Tyler had a chance to each ride with Daytona 500 champion Austin Dillon, in a souped-up Corvette around the Indianapolis Motor Speedway.  Afterward, Brian Kelley tried to put his experience into words, saying, “I couldn’t stop laughing and then I said a couple prayers and Austin’s the man.  I mean that was absolutely incredible.  I don’t know if y’all have ever been 155 miles an hour in a Corvette on a race track that was my first time and definitely gonna bring a clean pair of pants next time, for sure.”

As of this week, Florida Georgia Line’s latest single, “Meant to Be” with Bebe Rexha, is spending its 17th week on top of Billboard’s Hot Country Songs chart.
