(AUDIO) CARLY PEARCE ENJOYS CLEAN EATING AND COOKING HEALTHY MEALS

One of the things Carly Pearce loves to do when she’s at home is cook.  Carly follows a pretty healthy diet, with a lot of similarities to the Paleo diet, but she says in the simplest of terms, it’s all about clean eating.  She admits, “Probably a lot of things that I make for myself people wouldn’t like. I’ve been told I’m kind of boring in my eating but I do a lot of different like superfood salads when I’m home and kale salads and love making different kinds of salmon whether it’s lemon dill or teriyaki. I love making different healthier versions of Italian food like ground turkey with spaghetti squash and marinara and just kind of more on the healthy side of things.”

Although Carly won’t have much time at home this summer to cook, she is planning to try to do some cooking on her tour bus while she’s out on the road.  She should have no shortage of ideas because she says, “I just am obsessed with Pinterest, so anything I can find on Pinterest, I’m gonna try it.”

Carly, whose latest single, “Hide the Wine,” is approaching the top 30, is currently out on the road playing a combination of club dates and festival dates, and in June she will join Rascal Flatts on their Back To Us Tour.  You can see all of her tour dates on CarlyPearce.com.
