Florida Georgia Line was one of the first artists to open a restaurant /bar in downtown Nashville, and since they opened the doors of FGL House, several other artists have moved into the neighborhood with their own restaurant/bars including Dierks Bentley, Blake Shelton and Jason Aldean. When asked how he feels about the new neighbors and the competition, Tyler Hubbard said, “You know what, the good thing is, here in Nashville there’s so many dang tourists nowadays and so many people moving here that I think there’s enough bar space to go around. It’ll be friendly competition because of that. No, we’re excited.”
As for Jason, whose new Kitchen + Bar is right around the corner from FGL House, Tyler says, “We’re good buddies with Jason so I think it’ll be cool to hang out at his spot, he can come over to our spot. It’ll just be a good old country music bar city, man, it’s gonna be awesome.”
FGL is approaching the top 10 with their latest single, “Simple,” and this week they’ll help Jason celebrate his #1 song, “You Make It Easy,” which Brian and Tyler co-wrote, at a party in Nashville.
