(AUDIO) THE WRITERS IN FLORIDA GEORGIA LINE LOVE HEARING OTHER PEOPLE SING THEIR SONGS

Florida Georgia Line has had so many hit songs that they’re likely to hear one of them anytime they turn on the radio, but they admit there’s something a little extra special about hearing a song they wrote on the radio sung by another artist.  Tyler Hubbard says, “We always kind of say we moved to Nashville to be songwriters. So there’s just something special about hearing another artist sing a song that we were a part of writing and somehow just kind of putting their stamp on it and saying I believe in this song.  And that just means a lot to us as songwriters.”

Whether it’s Florida Georgia Line’s latest song, or someone else singing one of their songs, which Tyler says is “even more exciting.”  He says, “It’s always rewarding. It never gets old and it’s pretty amazing.”

So whether it’s an FGL song or, probably even more exciting, someone else singing one of our songs, it’s always rewarding. It never gets old and it’s pretty amazing.”
