Florida Georgia Line just celebrated “Simple” becoming their 14th #1 song, and Tyler Hubbard says, “’Simple’ being number one, it’s amazing. I mean that song has so much special meaning behind it, and BK and I were a part of writing that song on the bus a little over a year ago now. And just to see that thing climb the charts and affect our fans and connect with our fans the way it has, it’s been great, man. It’s been really cool.”
From the fans to country radio, Tyler and BK never take their support for granted, and he’s happy they all embraced “Simple” because he says, “We just feel like this song is fresh for us and kind of a different side to who we are and just a good reminder for us and for everybody else just to kind of take it back to the basics and simplify every now and then.”
“Simple” is the first release off of Florida Georgia Line’s forthcoming album. Their next single will be “Talk You Out Of It,” which is available now on all streaming platforms.
