Tyler Rich maintains a pretty healthy diet and exercise regimen throughout the year, although he does have a sweet tooth, and when the holidays roll around, he tends to give himself a lot of leeway. Which is why Tyler says, “I do make resolutions every year and it is to work off all of the sweets I ate over Christmas.” Every year he says his resolution is “always weight related for sure, always get back in the craziest shape possible so you can ride it out until October and be healthy.”
Aside from wanting to be healthy, although Christmas is one of his favorite holidays, Tyler says, “I don’t think I’ve ever been more excited for Christmas to be over,” because he is excited to get after it in the New Year. Thinking about 2019 he says, “I couldn’t wait to take my tree down for the first time in my life because I was so excited about what this year was going to bring. I wanted to get into January as fast as possible. It’s like my New Year’s resolution this year was literally just to take over the world, was my plan.”
Tyler will be off to a pretty good start in the New Year, with his debut single, “The Difference,” ending the year in the top 25 and continuing to head up the charts.
Tyler Rich – New Year’s Eve :37
“I do make resolutions every year and it is to work off all of the sweets I ate over Christmas, which I feel like it’s everybody’s. I just feel like startin’ the New Year is always such an exciting thing, especially over October, November and December, everybody starts to slow down and you’re just closing out the year. And I don’t think I’ve ever been more excited for Christmas to be over, which is weird for me to say because I’m such a fan of Christmas. I couldn’t wait to take my tree down for the first time in my life because I was so excited about what this year was going to bring. I wanted to get into January as fast as possible. It’s like my New Year’s resolution this year was literally just to take over the world, was my plan. But always weight related for sure, always get back in the craziest shape possible so you can ride it out until October and be healthy.”
