Tyler Rich is an admitted big kid at heart who loves going to amusement parks. While he’s had a chance to visit many across the country, Tyler says, “My favorite park is, and will forever be, Disneyland over Disney World, mostly because I was raised in California so that was the park I frequented growing up.”
Aside from being geographically convenient when Tyler was growing up, Tyler says he loves Disneyland because, “There’s a special magic in that actual park. It does have a different feel to me than Disney World does but I do love Disney World. And I love the Haunted Mansion.”
While there’s nothing particularly scary about the Haunted Mansion as an adult, Tyler says, “I’m a big horror movie fan, and obviously it’s not really scary, but as a kid it was just always my favorite to go in there and ride around and be spooked out – didn’t matter what month it was it didn’t have to be Halloween. Kind of just ride around and look at all the characters and, yeah, everything about that ride.”
Tyler recently celebrated his 33rd birthday with a Disney-themed birthday party, organized by his fiancée Sabina. And perhaps he’ll celebrate the success of his debut single, “The Difference,” which is steadily climbing the charts, by announcing, “I’m going to Disneyland!”
