Carly Pearce is a pretty strong, independent woman, but when it comes to fears or phobias, she reveals she has one very disgusting thing that completely freaks her out. Carly says, “I have a really weird, true phobia of vomit. I genuinely worry when I’m sleeping on my bus with my band that somebody is gonna get sick and what would I do. Or in meet and greets, if somebody has thrown up … I mean, it’s a thing. I don’t know how to explain it, like, it’s real.”
If you’re sick, forget about Carly sticking around. Carly laughs and says, “Anytime anybody is sick I have fears I don’t want to be around them for weeks. Vomit is my thing.”
Carly’s latest single, “Closer to You” is about wanting to get closer to her someone special … assuming he isn’t sick.
