Justin Moore has three daughters and one son, who is still an infant, and he and his wife have exposed their daughters to a lot of different activities to see what they like and what they’re good at. Justin says, “The two older ones both like to sing, and Ella’s a really good singer but, she don’t want to come on stage. Now my middle one, Kennedy, she does ballet. And she’s kind of the one that in the living room wants to be performing and do all that stuff.”
Justin doesn’t know if Kennedy has any singing talent like her big sister, but for now, it seems she has her sights set on other things. Justin says, “She played softball this year as well. She’s played for the last couple of years and I said, ‘You want to play softball next year?’ because we’re going to start getting Ella hitting lessons in the offseason. She goes ‘No, I think I just want to be a real ballerina.’ She just is obsessed with it, eats it up. So I guess we’ll have one ball player one ballerina.”
When Justin isn’t running his daughters to ball practice or dance lessons, he’s busy promoting his latest single, “The Ones That Didn’t Make It Back Home,” which will be on his new album, Late Nights and Longnecks, which will be available on July 26th.
