(AUDIO) LADY ANTEBELLUM HOPES TO BRING ELEMENTS OF THEIR RESIDENCY TO THEIR ARENA SHOWS

Lady Antebellum is heading back to Las Vegas next month or the final five dates on their current residency at the Palms Casino Resort.  Charles Kelley loves to do a little gambling and play some golf in between shows, but he also wants people to know, “We’re taking it seriously.  We’re not phonin’ this show in. I mean, we look at this as an opportunity to hopefully build buzz that, ‘Hey man, this is something you need to go see.’  And hopefully we get asked to do more.”

Hillary Scott also believes it will give some of their longtime fans a chance to see the growth of the band and where they’re headed musically. “Maybe [it will] remind our fans who have grown up with us, you know, who probably weren’t 21 when they started listening to our music, who can come out to Vegas and have a great time, that the show that we put on, there’s still so much of us that’s the same authentic people that we’ve always been, but that we bring more musically.”

If you do you make it to Las Vegas in August you may get to see Lady Antebellum performing their latest hit, “What If I Never Get Over You,” and some of the other new music off their upcoming album. But if you can’t make it, Charles Kelley says, “It’s definitely the show we dreamed of, and I’d love to take some of these elements too, and apply ‘em to the bigger amphitheater and arena show.”

Details will be coming soon about Lady Antebellum’s next album.
