Before Riley Green became known for his songs like his #1 hit, “There Was This Girl,” and his current hit, “In Love by Now,” many people knew Riley from his Halo Country hunting shows. For those who aren’t familiar with Halo Country, he explains, “Halo Country is going to be a more online thing. Dirt Road TV is the network. Halo Country, it’s In The Hunt and all that stuff, is online.”
The show used to feature full-length episodes, But Riley says, “The model’s changing, in the sense that people don’t sit down and watch full episodes. We gotta have a three to five-minute clip to get any of these generations’ attention. They’re not gonna sit down and watch a 30-minute episode. They’ve got to be going. So that’s what this show is going more towards, is a three to five-minute hunt episode of whatever it is. So that’s what Halo Country is and that’s actually the newest version of it now.”
