Lady Antebellum is preparing to release their first album on BMLG Records later this year, and while they may not show up on this album, the trio says they would absolutely love to collaborate with artists in and out of country music. If they were going to put a name out into the universe, Charles Kelley says, “Lady Gaga is really blowing my mind with this Star Is Born stuff. The song she wrote with three of our Nashville songwriters – what was it called, ‘Always Remember Us This Way?’ I mean it’s like, woah! You get to hear the vulnerability and Lady Gaga in a different way, where the production doesn’t mask her voice.”
Lady Antebellum is returning to the Pearl Concert Theater at the Palms Casino Resort in Las Vegas this weekend for the final leg of their current residency, and Hillary noted, “[Lady Gaga’s] gonna be in Vegas [because she has her own residency]. Maybe we can work on that collaboration
Dave Haywood suggested it could be “Two ladies, together.”
While they may not have a collaboration with Lady Gaga on their next album, it will feature their current single, “What If I Never Get Over You” and “Pictures,” another new song they just released as an advance track.
