The 2019 college football season kicks off this weekend, and one guy who will be watching and cheering for his beloved Arkansas Razorbacks is Justin Moore. Justin has been a life-long Razorbacks fan, which has been disappointing at times, but he feels like the team is headed in a good direction. “(Arkansas’) Coach Morris was a first year head coach last … well, first year at Arkansas last year as head coach. That being said, obviously it was a rough year last year, but I love what he’s doing. I think he’s a great guy. I think he could be a perfect fit. I mean it’s yet to be determined but at least it feels that way.”
While Justin his Razorbacks will play well this season, he says, “Right now the roster that he’s building is exciting, they’re just really young. (Coach Morris) said in a press conference recently we have 52 freshmen. I think the goal, at least from my perspective, what’s realistic, is make a bowl game this year and just see it build a little bit. But I like where we’ll be, I think in year three or four.”
Justin will be touring during a lot of football season, promoting his new album, Late Nights and Longnecks, and his top-five hit, “The Ones That Didn’t Make It Back Home,” but his tour bus is equipped with big screen television’s that pull out from the luggage bays so he can set up some chairs and watch football no matter where he’s at on Saturdays.
