Before Charles Kelley of Lady Antebellum was able to make a living doing music, he worked a lot of crummy jobs to make ends meet, including knocking out asbestos walls. “Yeah, I did that for a long time,” says Charles. “But even before that, I used to do lawn care every summer, and aww, man, I do not miss that. I’m just glad that those days are over. I get out here and play music for a living and it’s a lot more fun. But yeah, I used to do that, and I used to work as a bag boy at a golf course. I did that for a summer. I had a lot of crummy jobs.”
Now, Charles Kelley is living his dream with Lady Antebellum, who are promoting their latest single, “What If I Never Get Over You,” and preparing to release a new album before the end of the year.
