Most people who work out will tell you they don’t like it, but they do it because it’s good for them, but Carly Pearce says, “I genuinely like it. But I will tell you, it is difficult sometimes, the hour that you have to get up in order to make it work.”
Carly often posts her run stats on her Garmin watch on Instagram, and she has also been known to post pictures of herself at ungodly early morning hours heading to the gym. To those people who use the excuse that they don’t have time to work out, Carly says, “You do have the time, but do you want to get up before the sun? That’s what you have to decide.”
Even on her busiest days, like when she’s on tour, or the past couple of weeks when she’s been out promoting her new duet with Lee Brice, “I Hope You’re Happy Now,” Carly makes the decision to get up whenever she has to, or squeeze in a workout whenever she can, even if it’s late at night, because it makes her feel better and definitely helps her stay in pique performance shape.
