(AUDIO) FLORIDA GEORGIA LINE HOPES FANS AND THEIR MOMS AND DAD ENJOY THEIR NEW ACOUSTIC ALBUM

Florida Georgia Line just released their new Acoustic Sessions album on Friday, which features 17 of their biggest hits reimagined as acoustic versions of the songs.  It’s like a greatest hits, only it allows the duo to give the fans something different, and Brian Kelley (BK) says, “The acoustic project is pretty cool to listen back and hear and kind of relive our songs in a different way, and we really think our fans are gonna enjoy it…  and [we’re] just excited to really to see about what the fans think about all these songs.”

FGL started releasing a few acoustic versions of their songs a couple of months ago, and BK says, “I think they thought they were just gonna get one or two, but to do a whole album – I think 17 songs – it’s fresh for us and keeps the fans excited.  And, yeah, I think mom and dad are gonna be proud, too. Heck yeah.”

Acoustic Sessions features songs from all four of Florida Georgia Line’s studio albums, bookended by their monster hit that started it all, “Cruise,” which became the first country song ever to sell over 10 million copies and be certified Diamond by the RIAA, and another one of the biggest hits of their career, “Meant to Be,” their collaboration with Bebe Rexha, that spent almost an entire year at #1 on the Billboard Hot Country Songs chart.

While fans get to enjoy a fresh take on some of Florida Georgia Line’s biggest hits with their new album, FGL is continuing to create their next chapter of hits with their latest single, “Blessings.”

Brian Kelley – “You know, the acoustic project is pretty cool to listen back and hear and kind of relive our songs in a different way, and we really think our fans are gonna enjoy it.  Yeah, just another little cool look for us and very thankful for all the hard work put into that and just excited to really to see about what the fans think about all these songs. I think they thought they were just gonna get one or two, but to do a whole album – I think 17 songs – it’s fresh for us and keeps the fans excited.  And, yeah, I think mom and dad are gonna be proud, too.
