Growing up in Southern California, Brett Young loved Halloween and he was lucky, because he says, “My mom handmade some of the best costumes. Unfortunately for her, I was like Superman four years in a row because I was obsessed. So she probably got tired of that, but I always loved Halloween.”
Brett, who is currently climbing the country charts with his latest single, “Catch,” says he kinda grew out of the Halloween spirit as he got older, but then he started dating his wife, Taylor, about a decade ago and he says, “(She) loves [Halloween], as most girls do. And so, if I’m gonna do it, I like to have fun with it.”
Perhaps Brett’s costume this year can be “new dad,” since he and his wife Taylor just welcomed their baby girl, Presley Elizabeth, into the world a week ago.
