Justin Moore and his co-writers came up with a lot of answers to the question posed by his latest top ten song, “Why We Drink” – cause they’re grilling, cause they’re fishing, cause it’s hot outside or it’s cold, cause they just got off work, cause it’s cheaper than therapy, cause they’re toastin’ our troops, and many more reasons. We figured fans have probably offered some more suggestions to add to the song, and Justin says, “I think we covered most of it in the song but I’m sure we left out a few. We haven’t been on the road this year that much so, I’m sure they’ll be givin’ us a few more reasons.”
Perhaps Justin could add a verse about being in quarantine, having our lives turned upside down, having to social distance and not get to hang out with our friends and family, having to adjust to a new normal …. That’s “Why We Drink.”
