Brett Young has been fortunate enough to be gifted a couple of Rolex watches in his life, whether as an end-of-tour gift from a headliner, or a special present from a family member.  And chances are, if you ever see Brett, he’s wearing one of them.  “You’re probably supposed to like wear these once in a while and keep ‘em real clean,” says Brett.  “I just wear it every day.”

While some people believe is saving certain things for only special occasions, Brett feels like what’s the point in having them if you’re not going to enjoy them?  That’s what they’re for.  In fact, he laughs and says, “Same thing when I get a nice bottle of whiskey. They’re like, ‘You’ve got to save that.’ I’m like, ‘HA HA! Save it for what?!  I’m gonna drink it. I can go get more.”

Brett is currently climbing the charts with his song “Lady,” and you can bet if it hits #1 and someone gifts him something special, like a watch or whiskey or whatever, it won’t be sitting on a shelf or locked up somewhere waiting for a special occasion to be enjoyed.
