(AUDIO) FLORIDA GEORGIA LINE’S TYLER HUBBARD REMEMBERS THE NOT-SO-GLAMOROUS JOB HE HAD BEFORE MUSIC

When Tyler Hubbard of Florida Georgia Line attended Belmont University in Nashville, he had a job that he was thankful for at the time, but is very grateful he was able to move on from it.  “I polished silverware at Maggiano’s (an Italian restaurant) for like seven months probably, in hopes to just be a server there.  And I love Maggano’s and it was definitely an experience that I’ll never forget.”

Of course, Belmont is where Tyler met Brian Kelley, and they formed Florida Georgia Line, which means Tyler’s days of polishing silverware are a thing of the past, but he says, “I am definitely thankful for everything I learned (at Maggiano’s), and polishin’ silverware and talking about learning patience and all that, but definitely something I’m grateful to have moved on from.”

Congratulations to Florida Georgia Line who are celebrating their 17th #1 song with “I Love My Country,” off their 6 Pack EP, which they released this summer.
