CURRENT SINGLE: “I Called Mama”
In the liner notes on one of his previous albums, Tim McGraw wrote, “See it. Keep your eyes on it. Work your ass off for it. Grab it and hold onto it. Love it. And he says, “I think it’s just sort of the way I feel about anything in life, and it’s probably what I would tell my kids. It’s what I would tell anybody. It’s just the way I feel about anything you want to get out of life. You have to have a focus You have to do things with intent and purpose.”
It’s a lesson that Tim learned early on when he was playing sports in school. He says, “That’s one of the things my coach taught me growing up playin’ ball. You can’t just go through the motions and expect things to happen. Everything that you do you have to do with intent and purpose.”
Based on the success Tim has achieved not only in his professional life, but his personal life, his health and with his family, it’s clear that Tim has taken his own advice and lived with intent and purpose to get what he wants out of life.
